How the Flex Rewards Program Works
Earn
The most important and yet, the simplest step: as soon as you use your rewards-based credit card to pay for your purchases, you start adding up Flex Rewards on your account. You can check your points balance online through the Flex Rewards website or under ‘Card Details’ on the CardWise platform.
Redeem
Discover the perfect way to enjoy your rewards by logging into the Flex Rewards website to explore.

Cardholders can register using their full 16-digit card number and Postal Code associated with their account.
- Access the Flex Rewards website.
- Click Sign In.
- Select More Options and Register.
- Enter your 16-digit card number, postal code, and click Submit.
- Follow the prompts to receive a security token, create a username, and set a challenge question.
