Your business credit card account is structured to have decentralized billing. If your account only has one employee cardholder, managing your account is seamless. If your account has multiple employee cardholders, each employee cardholder on the account will receive their own billing statement and make their own payments. .
Manage the balance and available credit for each employee cardholders by making payments to each employee cardholder’s account at billing due date or any time during the billing cycle.

Available as a mobile app (CardWise Mobile) and an online platform (cardwiseonline.ca). Business cardholders on an Individual Pay Structure can register for an experience all features and benefits of CardWise, such as:

Activate your credit card and set, change or unlock your PIN

View your account details at a glance, including balance, available credit, billing details and recent transactions.

Customize card controls and alerts within a variety of categories – location, region, merchant category, merchant type, and more.

Push card details to Apple Pay or Google Pay from within the App.

View your card details for eCommerce transactions (this includes your card number, expiration, and CVV) all within the platform securely using step-up authentication.

Cardholders can enroll for CardWise through the CardWise Mobile app on their mobile device or CardWise Online via their computer’s web browser. For quick and easy registration, have the following ready:
- Your physical card
- Your email address that is on file with Collabria (typically, the email address provided at time of application). Contact the number on the back of your card if you require support.
- Download the CardWise Mobile app from the Apple or Google app store (based on device) or navigate to CardWise Online via www.cardwiseonline.ca.
You can receive statements by mail or electronically by opting in for eStatements using CardWise.
Each employee cardholder will receive their own billing statement for their own transaction activity. The employee cardholder’s billing details such as overall balance, purchases, payment amount due and due date are conveniently summarized.
Each employee cardholder makes their own Payments.
You can set up automatic payments for your minimum payment due or your full balance:

You can make one-time payments, multiple times per statement period and in multiple ways:
- Online: By using CardWise.
- In Person: at your local credit union branch
- In Banking: using the bill payment option in your banking app.

If your business credit card earns loyalty rewards, each employee cardholder earns and redeems their own Rewards. Their Rewards point balance will be displayed in their CardWise account and each employee cardholder can seamlessly link out to the Rewards site for redemptions.
