Your business credit card account is structured to have convenient centralized billing. Your account has a main operating account known as the control account that is used for consolidating the transaction and payment activities for your employee cardholders. Employee cardholder transaction activity is conveniently consolidated into the balance of the company control account creating a single point for managing your billing statements and monthly payments.
Control employee spend and company expenses using a shared company credit limit and assigning individual card limits to employee cardholders. Cardholder spend accumulates on the company control account to consolidate the overall spend and balance. The sum of all employee cardholder real-time balances cannot exceed the company credit limit.
Manage the balance and available credit for the business and employee cardholders by making payments to company control account at billing due date or any time during the billing cycle.

MyCardInfo is a simple and secure digital card management tool designed to support the day-to-day needs for your business credit card account. Business accounts set up for Centralized Consolidated Pay Structure can register for and experience all features and benefits of CardWise, such as:
- view consolidated balance and available credit
- view employee cardholder balances, transactions, and available credit
- manage employee cardholder credit limits
- opt for eStataments and have access to the last 12 months of statements
- opt for automatic payments or make one-time payments
- download the last 3 months transactions to MS Money or Quicken
- access loyalty Rewards if applicable
For new accounts, the Authorized Business Representative(s) listed on your account are automatically registered for MyCardInfo access and login credentials for the company control account are emailed out.
If you did not receive the login credentials, the Authorized Business Representative can contact our Support line at 1-855-341-4643 to obtain login credentials for the company control account.
You can find MyCardInfo for your credit union by accessing collabriacreditcards.ca and choosing your credit union.
Please note you must access MyCardInfo using the company control account credentials provided to the Authorized Business Representative and cannot self-enroll the company control account in MyCardInfo.
You can receive statements by mail or electronically by opting in for eStatements using the MyCardInfo web access.
You will receive a consolidated billing statement for the company control account that includes a detailed transaction list and total spend for each employee cardholder. The company’s billing details such as overall balance, purchases, payment amount due and due date are conveniently summarized for the consolidation of all cardholder activities.
Employee cardholders receive an expense statement that lists transactions for expense tracking only. Their statements do not have a billing summary.
Payments are made to the company control account. You can set up automatic payments for your minimum payment due or your full balance:
- Online: By using the MyCardInfo web portal
- You can make one-time payments, multiple times per statement period and in multiple ways:
- Online: By using the MyCardInfo credit card web portal
- In Person: at your local credit union branch

If your business credit card earns loyalty rewards, the reward point balance will consolidate on the control account and are redeemed using the control account. Please contact our Support line at 1-855-341-4643 to obtain the correct company control account number to register for online access to Rewards.
Your Rewards point balance will be displayed in the MyCardInfo account overview for the company control account with a link to Rewards.
