• Assitance coordinators are available 24 hours a day to open a file.
• Lawyers availability is as follows:
  • Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays
• Call back from a lawyer within 48 hours during business days following the opening of the file.
• No documents can be studied or exchanged.
• Does not cover situations that are not governed by provincial and/or federal law.
