Important Changes to Cardholder Terms and Rewards
Effective June 17, 2024, the following changes will apply:
We are updating the way you earn rewards for the Cash Back Consumer card.
Earn rewards on a larger share of your common everyday purchases.
- NEW! 1 point per $1 on Grocery*
- NEW! 1 point per $1 on Recurring Bills & Digital Streaming*
- NEW! 1 point per $1 on Gas & Sustainable Transit*
- Continue to earn 1 point per $2 on all other purchases including entertainment and more!
Important: Reward points earned in a statement period through use of the card are automatically posted to your account monthly at the time of your periodic account statement. New earn rates for rewards points effective June 17, 2024, will begin reflecting from the following month’s account statement.
Other key terms of your card remain the same:
- No annual fee
- Cash back rewards directly into your credit union chequing or savings account
- More flexible redemption options for statement credits, gift cards, merchandise, or experiences
Updates to Cardholder Agreement
We’re updating the Cardholder Agreement and the changes will take effect on June 17, 2024.
We’re adding the means through which we can notify you on any changes to the Cardholder Agreement and asking that you update your contact information with us if there any changes.

Electronic Communications We may communicate with you by using electronic means about any matter related to the Account, this Agreement or anything disclosed on the Card Carrier (for example, changes to interest rates and fees). In particular, this includes communicating with you through email. This means that we may send you any information by electronic means. This includes notices, messages, alerts, changes to this Agreement or anything disclosed on the Card Carrier. 28: Your Contact Information We will send communications to your address. You must contact us right away if you make any changes to:
• Your account information;
• Your mailing address;
• Your name; or
• Any other contact information you gave us such as your mobile number and/or email address. |

Updates to Collabria Credit Cards Rewards Program Rules
